The purpose of this web page is to explain to my grand children, my life during the Korean war aboard the USS Cimarron. Though we are now in the twilight of our lives, we were kids during the Korean War and I think it is important that our children and grandchildren know how we spent those years. Of course the best thing about being on the Cimarron was the guys that I served with. I hope that you and your grandchildren will enjoy these pages, photo's and memories as much as I do..
